I wanted to share a recipe that we tried last night. It is from Paula Deen, but believe it or not there is no butter! There is probably a ton of sodium, but it is worth it! Any soup in which my 3 yr old will happily eat tomatoes is a winner in my book!

We omitted the olives (I don't really like them) and only used one can of green chilies to keep it child friendly. And who has pickled jalapenos laying around? I guess Paula does.
I made some cornbread and it was a full meal. It also made at least two meals worth so I don't have to cook tonight :)
